At Carner Barcelona, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your fragrance, you may return unopened and unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the perfume bottle is securely placed in its original box with the protective cellophane seal intact, and pack it into a sturdy shipping carton.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location, keeping a copy of the tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
