Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our fragrances worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination. Please note that as perfume is classified as a flammable liquid, specific customs regulations may apply to certain countries.
What is your return policy for perfumes?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the fragrance is unopened, unused, and in its original cellophane packaging. Due to hygiene and safety standards, we cannot accept returns on bottles that have been sprayed or opened.
Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes, Carner Barcelona is committed to ethical beauty. All our fragrances are vegan-friendly and we do not conduct any testing on animals at any stage of the production process.
Can I try a scent before purchasing a full bottle?
Absolutely. We recommend purchasing our Discovery Sets or individual 2ml samples. This allows you to experience how the scent develops on your skin before committing to a full-sized 50ml or 100ml bottle.
How should I store my perfume to ensure it lasts?
To preserve the integrity of the essential oils, store your bottle in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperature fluctuations, such as a bedroom drawer rather than a humid bathroom.
